Black Badger Events has 20 years of experience scouting and executing both large and small scale events, retreats, conferences, and meetings in Colorado and across the country. No matter the size, Black Badger will help you find the perfect venue for your next event.
Black Badger is excited to offer this as a complimentary service. While we offer full scale event planning services, you are under no obligation to hire us to plan your event!
Once we have your event specifications, we will provide you a minimum of two venue options, negotiate the best package on your behalf, and bring your proposal to contract.

Our team of experienced planners will provide a minimum of two venue options with pricing and contract concessions for the meeting spaces and lodging options for your board retreat, conference, or event.
If your retreat includes evening events, we will include additional spaces or site recommendations as part of your scouting package.

Proposal Review and Contract Negotiations
We will present a minimum of two options comparing initial pricing information, space and room block availability, food and beverage minimums, and billing structure.
Once feedback is solicited from your team, Black Badger will leverage our experience and industry relationships to manage the contract negotiation process and review. Our work is complete when you receive your countersigned contact. There is no obligation to hire us to plan or execute your event!
