Pre Event Planning
A successful event begins with a collaborative and communicative planning process. Black Badger will facilitate your event’s pre planning; we offer regular planning calls, check-ins, and on-site walkthroughs in alignment with your internal needs.
Our packages are all designed to be completely customizable to your planning needs; we understand that the level of planning support varies between all of our clients.
Black Badger can support your registration needs both in the planning stages and onsite. We are able to build and manage your registration website, order supplies and collateral, and will manage the assembly of participant badges and materials.
Onsite, our team can support your registration staffing throughout the length of your event. If additional registration technology is needed, we have relationships with a variety of vendors.

Black Badger will serve as a liaison between you and the venue to manage your audio visual, food and beverage, room block and meeting space requests.
Depending on the scope of our contract with you, we can also take on decor, photography, and serve as the point of contact for additional vendors. Examples of this include: translation, videography, transportation or volunteer management.
