Pre Event Planning
A successful event begins with a collaborative and communicative planning process. Black Badger will facilitate your event’s pre planning; we offer regular planning calls, check-ins, and on-site walkthroughs in alignment with your internal needs.
Black Badger can support your registration by building and managing your registration website, ordering supplies and collateral, and will manage the assembly of participant badges and materials. Onsite, our team can support your registration staffing throughout the length of your event.

Black Badger will serve as a liaison between you and the venue to manage your audio visual, food and beverage, room block and meeting space requests. Depending on the scope of our contract with you, we can also take on decor, photography, and serve as the point of contact for additional vendors. Examples of this include: translation, videography, transportation or volunteer management.
